Psychotherapy
About Me
I’m a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and identity exploration. I also have particular expertise and passion supporting individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community, people working through fertility and family-building challenges (including adoption and foster care), and those facing professional burnout or relationship changes.
Before transitioning to full-time private practice, I served as the Director of Therapy Services at Headspace, where I helped manage a fast-paced, remote therapy clinic. I now provide telehealth therapy across over 40 states through PsyPact and am based in New Hampshire, where I live with my family.
Clients who work with me can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their experiences, identify patterns, and build meaningful, lasting change.
