Psychotherapy & Consulting

About Me

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and identity exploration. I have particular expertise and passion for supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals working through fertility and family-building challenges (including adoption and foster care), and those facing professional burnout, relationship shifts, or trauma histories. I am poly, kink, and sex worker affirming, and strive to provide inclusive, judgment-free care.

I provide trauma-informed, affirming telehealth therapy across more than 40 states through PsyPact and am based in New Hampshire, where I live with my family.

Clients who work with me can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore their experiences, identify patterns, and build meaningful, lasting change.

Inclusive & Affirming Practice Statement

I am committed to providing an inclusive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for all clients. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, polyamory- and kink-aware, and sex-positive. I support and affirm the rights, autonomy, and dignity of sex workers. My practice is grounded in cultural humility, respect for diverse relationship structures and identities, and a belief that all people deserve compassionate, competent care.
